Hunting for Greatness the Native Ways Inc. is an Indigenous-owned company based in London, Ontario, Canada. We are federally incorporated in Canada and we serve clients and customers across Canada and the United States.
The company is led by Pat Gatz, known as Chief Little Eagle, Nishnabi. He founded the business to put modern tools in the hands of the people who are usually last in line for them — small businesses, Indigenous entrepreneurs, and community organisations.
We do two things.
We build A.I. customer acquisition and lead recovery systems for small businesses. Our systems answer missed calls, reply to enquiries, book appointments, and follow up with people who went quiet — by phone, text, email and web chat. Most small businesses lose money in the gap between a lead arriving and someone answering it. We close that gap.
We design and sell Indigenous-made products. This includes the Truth & Reconciliation Golden Eagle Feather Pin and the Every Child Matters Flag. Ten percent of all pin proceeds go directly to Indigenous children in the communities we choose to support.
We also run guided fishing and hunting adventures, and Medicine Wheel ceremony events for communities and groups.
